Empowering Global Collaboration
about
Background & Responsibilities:
Nancy Giges was a business journalist, specializing in advertising and marketing for 25 years at Advertising Age, where she managed international editorial and a network of 40+ correspondents worldwide. Her role involved interviewing CEOs of major global corporations (e.g. Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive) and other notables (Nancy Reagan); and she covered high profile events, such as a US-USSR trade meeting at a Kremlin dinner hosted by Gorbachev; the introduction and success of Diet Coke and the Tylenol poisonings in Chicago that sparked much discussion about crisis management.
In 1995, she opened Brookdale Associates, Inc., to offer various writing (her first love) and PR services. ICOM is one of her oldest and most favorite clients.
